Refund and Returns Policy
We accept the Returns in the following cases.
- Received a damage product or received a different product then what you have ordered.
- Report us within 12 hours through email or WhatsApp with the images/Video of Damaged or wrong product delivered.
- Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange.
- Returns should be sent through reputed courier services; Returns should be sent with original packing and cost should be borne by the buyer.
- We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit or wrong product delivered.
- Please note: All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
- In case the product which is received by the customer is broken or damaged.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect mobile number given at the time of placing order.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Sizing issues.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
- In case the payment is done and the customer doesn’t reply within 10 days with their delivery address then the item is forfeit.
100% Refund will be given, if product is not available, or we find any defect during dispatch or in case of no delivery service at your place.

Cancellation Policy
- Once Order has been placed, which cannot be canceled for any reason.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Each package travels distances to reach the customer, thus we ensure safe packaging of the product assuring no damage during transit. Products will be adequately bubble-wrapped and packed in shipping boxes which will stay intact throughout transit.
NOTE: In case of stones falling out or earrings stem being bent, kindly restore them using glue/force. This is not considered as a defect/damage. At times, earrings stems are bent in order to ensure safety during transit.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
As already stated, we ensure utmost care while packing each order, despite which if you complain on receiving a damaged product, you can email us with your order number, details of stated damage and unboxing video of the package on enquiry@aarasbridalstudio.com, within 12 hours from the receipt of the package.
NOTE: Unboxing videos must start right from the opening of the outer package (White mail bag) and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost, failing which we shall not address the issue. Without a proper unboxing video, we shall not proceed to address your claims.
Once we confirm the claim and agree to exchange, we would send a fresh product of your order to the same address only, within 6 days from the date of receipt. Tracking details of which will be emailed back to your ID.
Please note that you cannot swap the product in question with a new product.
We DO NOT have returns/exchange, but if in case of return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: In case of return, kindly note that the refund will only be processed if the product(s) is returned in a proper condition, excluding the defects claimed at the time of return. If there are additional defects apart from those that were first mentioned, refund will not be processed
